8. Products and services

NORA REAL FOOD is an online prepared food service, different dishes are offered each week.

The dishes and their price appear on the screen. NORA REAL FOOD reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and services offered to the Clients. In this way, NORA REAL FOOD may, at any time, add new products and services to those currently offered. Likewise, NORA REAL FOOD reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products and services offered.

All of this without prejudice to the fact that the acquisition of the products and services can only be done through the registration of the USER. The User will create his/her Username and Password, through the means provided by NORA REAL FOOD on the platform, which will personally identify and enable him/her to access the products and services. Once inside www.norarealfood.com, and to access the contracting of the different products and services, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will involve reading and accepting all the general and specific conditions set out in www.norarealfood.com.

Currently and in view of the COVID19 situation, Nora Real Food also operates through Glovo App 23 SL.

9. Availability

NORA REAL FOOD guarantees the availability of all daily dishes advertised on its website the day before 8 p.m. If on any occasion we run out of stock of a product, we will call the end customer to propose an alternative product or a refund of the amount. NORA REAL FOOD is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur to the USER as a result of failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks and that cause suspension, cancellation or interruption of the www.norarealfood.com service during the provision of the same.

10. Purchase process

To make any purchase at www.norarealfood.com, the customer must be of legal age. In addition, the client will need to register at www.norarealfood.com through a data collection form in which NORA REAL FOOD is provided with the information necessary for the purchase; data that in any case will be true, accurate and complete about their identity and that the client must expressly consent to by accepting the privacy policy of NORA REAL FOOD.

The steps to follow to make the purchase are:

Confirm the order on the page where the selected dishes appear, the units of each dish with the price and the total price.

If you have not logged in as a registered user, you must fill in the data to make the shipment.

Orders are only sent to Barcelona capital, and depending on the postal code the system will determine if it can be sent or not. And also if the shipping costs are included or not. For other areas please contact us.

Once the order has been placed, the customer receives an email confirming the order and the breakdown of it.

The customer will receive the delivery note printed on paper along with their order.

11. Delivery

Products:

The order will be delivered to the office or address designated by the customer at the time of purchase according to the chosen method. The delivery area includes the following areas: Barcelona capital, within the postal codes between 08001 and 08042, both included. For deliveries to other areas, please consult in advance.

12. Prices, charges and taxes

The prices of the products and services listed on www.norarealfood.com will be expressed in Euros unless otherwise stated and will be guaranteed for the period of validity of the same, except for printing errors and whatever the destination of the order.There is no minimum order.

The products have 10% VAT included..

The prices of the products may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the latter formalizes its acceptance.

13. Payment methods

The payment methods to make the purchase are:

Credit or debit card: Payment can be made immediately through the secure payment gateway of our bank. In the event of a return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same card used.

14. Product guarantee

Once the dishes have been delivered, the customer must follow the storage instructions to keep the product in good condition in the refrigerator. On our website we indicate the recommendations in this regard. In any case, it must be kept refrigerated until it is consumed, which will be within 24 hours of its receipt.

Information on conservation failures or poor condition of the dish is indicated in point 11.

15. Returns and withdrawal policy

The products delivered are cooked foods and have an expiration date, so the right of withdrawal is exempted in respect of them. That is, the user is i nformed of the existence of this right but at the same time, by contracting the service, accepts and agrees that once the dishes have been received, they will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, which implies that they will not be able to return them.

16. Responsibility and exemption from liability

The consumer and user has the right to repair the product, to its replacement, to a reduction in the price or to terminate the contract, as established in Chapter II Title IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. If the product does not comply with the contract, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, both of which are free of charge for the consumer, and which will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products and the purpose for which they were intended. If, after the replacement has been completed and the product has been delivered, it is still not in accordance with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, a reduction in price or the termination of the contract. Specific observations in this regard:

If for reasons attributable to NORA REAL FOOD, such as breakage of the packaging during transport, loss or theft of one of the dishes during transport or failure to preserve a dish, NORA REAL FOOD will replace the defective or missing dish in the order as soon as possible, provided that it is available or another with similar characteristics and the customer lives in Barcelona, ​​one of the districts specified in section 6. If none of these situations occur, the amount of the dish will be refunded.

NORA REAL FOOD is not responsible for the condition of the dish once it has been delivered to the customer, when the latter has not followed the recommendations for preserving the product in refrigeration indicated by NORA REAL FOOD on its website.

NORA REAL FOOD may partially or totally suspend, withdraw or cancel the orders. services subject to contracting at any time and without prior notice. The above provision will not affect those services that are reserved for registered users or that are subject to prior contracting and that will be governed by their specific conditions.

17. Customer Service and Complaints

To make any complaint or claim to NORA REAL FOOD, the customer must contact the customer service department either by calling 937637735 or by emailing querico@norarealfood.com.

To process complaints related to the incidents indicated in point 11, we ask the customer to take photos of the dish in poor condition or whose packaging is broken or defective and send them to the Customer Service Department along with the written complaint.

In accordance with the EU Online Dispute Resolution for Consumers and in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with the following information: an online dispute resolution platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

18. Applicable legislation

These conditions shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. The language used shall be Castilian.

In the event of having to resort to the Courts to resolve any dispute between the parties, the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona shall apply.
